There's Nothing Ordinary About The Ordinary
If you follow the world's top bloggers, vloggers and beauty gurus, you'd know that most of them are talking about a beauty brand called The Ordinary.
Truthfully, there's nothing ordinary about The Ordinary. There is a long, long waiting list for its newly released foundations is about 250,000 long. What is that??? Well, if your two foundations have gotten rave reviews from Wayne Goss and they cost $6, we understand why there's such a big demand for it.
Hi ❤️ We are really emotional. We are working really hard. And we feel really helpless. We know many of you are waiting for your order of Colours. And nothing hurts us more than knowing how difficult it is to be waiting. Everyone seems to be congratulating us on the success of Colours but we are instead so severely disappointed in ourselves that you are still waiting. We have always manufactured all of our products in house, which almost no one does. This very direction has allowed us to be disruptive in beauty and offer value to you, our amazing customer, follower and supporter. However, this in-house effort is also what has placed us under tremendous pressure to fulfill the extreme volume of orders for Colours when it launched. We started with a waiting list of 25,000 people but ended up with orders for more than 250,000 units in just a week. We are producing Colours around the clock and we are fulfilling orders around the clock. We estimated it would take us 10-15 days to get through these orders but it's taking a bit longer despite every single one of us placing our heart and soul into what matters the most: your happiness. We are working very hard. We are shipping orders daily. Your order will be ready very soon. And in November, we will be moving to a new facility, representing our fourth move in four years. This new facility will increase our capacity by 450% initially and by even more shortly after. It is unacceptable to us for you to wait and we know that we will soon be in a place where we can serve you very promptly, the only way you should be served. We love what we do, we love you and we cannot express in words how much it hurts to be where we are now. Once we are in a better place and back on track, we will do something very special for everyone who has had to endure delays to receive Colours. We will never forget that you supported us through such very difficult times. Please accept our very helpless but very genuine hug.
Those who have only dreamt of using skin care with ingredients like niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid and glycolic acid but couldn't because, well, these things are expensive can now buy from The Ordinary.
Our 100% Cold-Pressed Virgin Marula Oil from Namibia is here. Referred to as a "luxury" oil by some, this antioxidant-rich oil is obtained from the kernels of the fruits of Marula tree. It's mostly composed of oleic acid and linoleic acid but also contains procyanidin, catechins and flavanoids. Marula oil offers antioxidants, hydrates the skin and helps restore a radiant tone. It's a fantastic oil in every sense of the word despite its affordability (one would have to be drunk to overpay for Marula). This formula contains the highest quality cold-pressed virgin Marula oil that is naturally aroma neutral and non-greasy. (30ml £8.10/$9.90).
A Hydration Support Formula with Ultra-Pure, Vegan Hyaluronic Acid Hyaluronic Acid (HA) can attract up to 1,000 times its weight in water. The molecular size of HA determines its depth of delivery in the skin. As a part of The Ordinary range with commitment to pricing integrity, this formulation combines low-, medium- and high-molecular weight HA, as well as a next-generation HA crosspolymer at a combined concentration of 2% for multi-depth hydration in an oil-free formula. This system is supported with the addition of Vitamin B5 which also enhances surface hydration. Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 30ml ($6.80, £5.90). http://bit.ly/hyaluronic-acid-2pct-b5-30ml

We have been really scared to announce something but it looks like everyone has noticed anyway... The Ordinary Colours are now in stock. Please be gentle (we are overly sensitive today 🤒) : our websites crashed this weekend from the truly extraordinary volume of traffic 🙈. We are working very hard to ship every order as quickly as possible. We are blessed to be receiving so much love from you. Please know that this love means everything to us and that we don't take it for granted. And we will continue to dedicate our heart and soul to make sure we get better at serving you every day. Without you, we would not be here today: something that we will never forget. ❤️❤️❤️🐒
