The Exes Baggage Teaser Got Dropped Over the Weekend and Went Insanely Viral
Remember when we fearlessly predicted last month that the Angelica-Carlo movie is going to be a big hit? Well, the 62-second #ExesBaggageTeaser did not disappoint. In less than 24-hours, the video, which was uploaded on the Black Sheep FB page, had over 1M views! There has been no Filipino movie teaser that has had that milestone.
The teaser didn’t reveal much as to the plot of the movie, but it did show Nix and Pia (Carlo and Angelica’s characters) meeting for the first time in a bar. They check out each other’s Facebook accounts, laughing at each other’s old photos. Our 90s hearts couldn’t have been any giddier as we watched them deliver their lines so effortlessly as Ben&Ben’s ‘Maybe the Night’ completed the scoring for the scene.
Netizens have been commenting on how kilig the video was and have been asking for a full trailer to be released. There has been no news on the playdate of the movie yet. For now, we can only thank the people behind Black Sheep for producing a movie that has both Angelica and Carlo together again as a love team.
