If you’ve seen Albert Kurniawan on Heart’s vlogs and pictures then you know who the fashionista icon’s most trusted advisor for all things beauty products is.

The celebrity makeup artist is celebrating his 10 years in the industry with a big bang by launching his own makeup brand called “Teviant”. The brand started with a collection of false eyelashes but has now grown to feature products that the Indonesian bred artist formulated all the way from Italy!

The pioneer collection features eye makeup, ranging from eyeliners to eyebrow products, to eyeshadow palettes co-created with his celebrity muse and longtime friend Heart Evangelista.

The brand was named after Albert's mom, Thevianty. The brand took 3 years to conceptualize, Albert says "I started some time in 2015. But then, I stopped it for awhile because at first I thought like it's a bit impossible, you know, things like that.”

The reason why I got interested in makeup was my mom - so it just made sense that when I created a makeup line, it’s under her namesake. She is the original Madam Tevianty. Beautiful and bold. 10 years ago I would never have thought that I’d be in this position - starting my own makeup line, but here I am. And this was mostly because of her. My number 1 fan and critic. #Teviant

Well, when there is a will there is always a way because Teviant has been born and according to the Teviant website “It was all but a dream. I still can't believe I have my own makeup line. Creating this brand has been a labour of love -- I hope that my products inspire you as much as it has inspired me.” Albert lovingly says about his brand.
