Marital Drama Starring Rain Coming Soon On Disney+

In “Red Swan,” which will be shown exclusively on Disney+, former professional golfer and current Goodwill Ambassador Oh Wan-soo has long been aware of her husband’s infidelity, but after narrowly avoiding a dangerous situation on the biggest night of her life, she will finally begin to reconsider her marriage in a Korean drama titled “Red Swan” on Disney+.

Born into an impoverished family, Oh Wan-soo turned her life around and became a world-class golfer, attracting the attention of many, including her future husband and heir to the Hwain Group, Kim Yong-guk. Struggling to clear her mother’s debt, Wan-soo agrees to marry Yong-guk but she quickly became unhappy after learning of her husband’s infidelity. For over

10 years, Wan-soo has stayed with her husband, determined to make the marriage work, but things quickly begin to change on the biggest night of her life. Shortly after arriving in Manila for her debut appearance as a Goodwill Ambassador, Wan-soo is caught in the middle of a hail of gunfire and she narrowly escapes, thanks to the company’s bodyguard Seo Do-yoon. 

Soon after, Wan-soo begins to develop feelings for Do-yoon, reconsidering her whole life up until that night, but little does she know the bodyguard’s real motivation for working for the Hwain Group. 

The drama stars Kim Haneul (“A Gentleman’s Dignity,” “On Air”) as golfing star and Goodwill Ambassador Oh Wan-soo; Jeong Ji-hun (Ghost Doctor, Ninja Assasin) as Seo Do-yoon; Jeong Gyeo-un (“You Are Too Much,” “Sooni”) as the heir to the Hwain Group; and Seo Isug (“Rookie Cops,” “Hypnosis”) as Park Mi-ran, the CEO of the Hwain Group; Red Swan is written by Choi Yoon-jung (“Only Love,” “Three Sisters”) and directed by Park Hong-kyun (“A Korean Odyssey,” “Warm and Cozy”).
