One of the best-kept secrets in foodie circles is something that's called TTMO, an acronym for Time To Mine! Okurrr!

This box of cookies from The Bald Baker is almost impossible to get. When and if people get a box, this triumph is posted on social media with captions in all caps.

TTMO is a box of eight cookies usually with four flavors. Sometimes, it's eight but that depends. The most coveted flavor in the box right now is Jem, a strawberry vanilla with freeze-dried strawberries, brown sugar and candy-pink sprinkles.

But the all-time favorite is Compost cookie, which has cacao nibs, rolled oats, Oreo crumbs, dark, chocolate coins, Ruffle's potato chips, pretzels, Graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, butterscotch, Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel Callets and sea salt.

The TTMO box could also include Basic Betch, a chocolate chip cookie made with three types of flour and three types of chocolate. It's topped with sea salt flakes.

There's also a Birthday Cookie, which is vanilla-flavored and has colorful sprinkles.

A box of eight cookies costs Php710 but the question is, how does one get it? The process very difficult. The baker does everything by himself. You need to watch out for announcements on The Bald Baker's Instagram page on the date and time and when that comes, you log on to the website and place your order via a form. You can't sneak in an order anytime, only when he says so.

A box of the cookies is as coveted a good tickets to a K-pop concert and that's not an exaggeration as they sell out in minutes.

Sometimes The Bald Baker (his name is Cy Ynares) will post extra boxes for sale in his IG Stories and they also go fast.

We've never had the luck to get a box but those have tasted them said the cookies are very soft and chewy and have a unique taste. Compost, for instance, is slightly salty because of the sea salt.
